For therapy, I do the same exercises that help me with my disability.

For example, I do push-ups or crab touch.

Crab touch is when you do a push-up position and slap your chest in ABC order.

These are some of the exercises I do:

  1. Push-ups

  2. ABC Crab Touch
    You do this in a push-up position and then tap your chest in ABC order.

  3. Pull the Rope
    You put a rope (modified to an exercise rope) around the pole and grab two sides of that remaining rope.
    Then you pull it as far as you can, but not too far!

  4. Pull the Rope (Modified)
    This time, you put the rope on another pole and pull it using only one hand.

  5. Pull the Rope Up
    You step on the modified sports rope and then pull both sides of the rope up.

  6. Wall Stretch
    You put your right or left side against a wall and place your hand on the wall.
    Then gently move your body toward the other side.

  7. Lifting Weights
    Just lift weights.

  8. Lifting Weight Supported
    Put a 2lb on your hand, and then go to a flat table.
    Then turn your hand with the weight side to side.
